The Bad
We found that fall detection isn’t as sensitive with Bay Alarm Medical devices as it is with other companies. But to be honest, the fact that only high-impact falls are registered to be a better alternative to false alarms like you see so often with many of the other medical alert services currently on the market.
Bay Alarm Medical outsources their call center operations to a third party. When you call them, the representative you speak to is not directly employed by Bay Alarm Medical. However, all of their call centers are in the U.S., they are CSAA Five Diamond Certified, and they provide excellent call quality.
The Bottom Line
Bay Alarm Medical provides comprehensive plans for every lifestyle with add-ons like wall buttons, caregiver tracking, and complimentary spouse coverage.
