Just a horrible experience. Poorly trained installation team. 3 visits and several calls and still no resolution to this day. Zero training on even how to use the equipment or app. Tore up my yard. Still tore up. I have 50’ of cable thrown across my lawn, also still there after 3 weeks. Techs told me the lawn is NOT their problem. What is then ? Cameras don’t record. Customer service is friendly but clueless. App is NOT user friendly. Does anyone take an ounce of pride in their work or delivery?
