Wash them by hand and dry them off with a soft cloth immediately after each use to help extend their service life and to keep them sharp. There aren’t a lot of things that the esonmus 15-piece Knife Set misses. But if we had to be picky, we’d have to bring into attention a problem that one customer had. Unfortunately, some units of this knife set can be susceptible to rust and may show signs of rusting after only a week of use. For many of us, this will be a deal-breaker, but the bright side is that not many people have had this experience, so hopefully, esonmus will take notice of this feedback and improve upon their next release.
Another minor problem with this knife set is how one customer experienced having their set delivered with a few scratches on the wooden box and some of their knives. But again, if we prefer knives that have beautiful aesthetics rather than its usefulness, then any knife set would do. This particular issue doesn’t take away from the product’s overall performance, so we’ll let this pass.
