HostPapa has a lot to offer small business owners that are looking for a simple and secure web hosting option. But we did find a couple of HostPapa cons, including the fact that automatic backups are only available with the higher paid pricing plans.
We were also disappointed to see that HostPapa renewal rates more than doubled, although that’s unfortunately pretty standard throughout the web hosting industry. Just be prepared for a bit of sticker shock when it comes time to renew your web hosting services with HostPapa.
The Bottom Line
HostPapa is a great choice for small business owners that are just starting out with building an online presence. You’ll get dedicated account management and 24/7 expert support. There’s also super-simple site management tools and plenty of one-click software options.
Although you may eventually outgrow HostPapa’s hosting services and look for a more feature-rich option, their representatives are available around the clock to provide support in English, French, German, and Spanish, making them a solid choice for small business web hosting.
