We really like it when companies provide a free trial. Unfortunately, extended vehicle warranties don’t fall into that category. We sold one of the cars insured by Infinite Auto Protection and requested a refund on June, 16, 2020.
We have called to check on the status of the refund on 6/22 (Matt), 7/6 (Bibi), and 7/17 (Bradley) and got nothing but a runaround! The last time we called, we requested call back from the manager, Ray Moss. Bradley promised a call back the same day from both of them, but that never happened.
We have another car insured by them and paid over $4,200 for the coverage. We will call and cancel the coverage on that car also.
This company appears to have financial problem by not refunding people’s money, as indicated by many similar complaints.
Stay away from this company, you will never get your money back. We regret recommending them to many members in our club, and some have purchased coverage from this company.
