Another big problem is how the company only provides complimentary support on their products for 90 days after when the time passes, you will need to pay for support services. Even worse is that even after all the support calls and having a factory reset done, nothing can be done to fix the problem unless you get a paid subscription for their technical support.
The Bottom Line
In the end, NETGEAR WiFi Mesh Range Extender EX7300 isn’t the best product to buy if you’re looking for a WiFi extender since so many problems plague it. From its early breakdown issues to its questionable support services, there aren’t many positives to rave about with this product. While we badly wanted to love this model, it’s claims of up to 2200Mbps speeds, and coverage of up to 2000 square feet sounds more far-fetched than impressive.
All in all, while NETGEAR WiFi Mesh Range Extender EX7300 tried to provide us with a high-quality product that delivers more than we expected, it instead gives us a whole lot of disappointments and costs us $134. In conclusion, if you need a range extender that delivers the results you want at a more affordable price, steer clear of this product and invest in a different brand.
