While it gives an excellent performance, the NutriChef 12 Bottle Thermoelectric Wine Cooler/Chiller doesn’t come without its struggles. Unfortunately, its inside temperature changes drastically over time, working as it should in the first three months and then gradually heating up more and more.
It also stops keeping its temperature after 20 hours or so. At first, it will keep the desired temperature then fluctuate after a few hours where the fans kick in high gear, and the temperature creeps up. You would have to unplug and restart it to bring it back down to the proper temperature. Eventually, it stopped working entirely and has been reduced to nothing but a hot box that holds wine.
