However, it has flaws that detract from its stellar performance. It makes the manufacturer in particular, at fault as they have a habit of sending units with holes already in them. If it was a mistake, then they don’t put effort into checking the quality of their products before shipping them over to excited customers. But in other cases, it is usually a case of neglect on their part, resending mattresses that have already been rejected by distraught buyers.
And if you don’t encounter this problem, in particular, you may still experience a similar disappointment. After receiving the mattress, it works great at first and provides a comfortable sleep for a few days. However, more days pass and having used it a handful of times, it no longer holds overnight and sags after only a couple of hours. This problem persists for the next nights, and it has never given the same performance as it did the first time. It’s a huge issue, especially after paying $120 for it.
