The Bad

Unfortunately, another issue with this product is how it was delivered with damages, where the side of the lid was broken, along with the ignition starter button. Apart from those, the spindle for the wheels was also missing, leading me to think that this package has already been returned and then sent back out without being checked.
The Bottom Line
There is apparent negligence towards the customer service of this company since they completely missed out on checking their package before sending it back out for a new order. And while the grill itself performs well, the company’s shortcomings can’t be ignored, since they have falsely advertised a service that isn’t included.
However, if we were strictly talking about the product, then this is one of the best gas grills out in the market now. With its quality build and various features that each serve its purpose well, the Weber 45010001 Spirit II E-310 is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to host their first or their 100th backyard BBQ.
