Due to I purchased one from Amazon and it became defective during the warranty period and sent them several emails and never got a reply to a single one. I did send them other emails from a different email address about “sales questions” right after and they replied to those every single time. So if you are expecting a warranty from Yaufey think again due how can you obtain any warranty service from them when they will never reply back to you.
